Have issues unlinking my Bank

Dear PayPal community, my account was permanently limited so i was given 180 days before i could add my bank to withdraw funds. After i added my bank and withdraw the funds, i face difficulty to unlink my bank account from the Paypal please help me.

Sadly you won't be able to, Paypal limits the account to stop you removing anything from it.
They don't want you to be able to use anything linked to it to try and open another Paypal account against their rules.
