Has any one else been scammed by OUYI GROUP LIMITED? I orderd one of those cute mini pc for my grandsons birthday ( he will be 8 ) and even got a sd card to put games on. They sent me a freekin PC mouse . His birthday is the 6th so got to figure something else out now. I emailed them and NO CONTACT - Going to try to fight the charge on my credit card,
Yes, recently ordered a arcade from these morons and they sent me a cheap tetris game. They are liers and will cheat every sale they make. They are a bait and switch company. I disputed charges and the only resolution was to send the junk back at my expense for their mistake. Shame on paypal for putting their name in affiliation with a business that is not proven. You are out your money. Sorry. Cancel your paypal account. I trusted paypal up until now.
I am now starting a dispute with this group over the mini pc laptop. They sent me a wireless mouse and said pc was another 899.00 and that my order has been complete. Tracking numbers didn't even match, and they said I had already signed for delivery which was also a lie.
Yes, the exact thing happened to me also. I started a case thru Paypal (Case number: PP-D-100920391) & paypal said they will resolve the issue about Feb 21. I suspect there is a ton of people in the same boat you and I are. Best Wishes
Unfortunately PayPal denied my refund as they said seller proved it was delivered, yeah I received a stupid wired mouse a few days ago that I didn't even know where it came from, good luck with PayPal:( 😞
I paid for a "Laser Engraver" from these clowns. After chasing them for non Arrival they sent me a pair of plastic Eyeshield type glasses, not even the Orange ones that might protect you from the promised "LASER" ! However I called Paypal asking for a refund and before I got off the phone I received an email from Paypal confirming that they had given me a FULL refund ! I also asked them to investigate this company as they are clearly FRAUDSTERS ! No problem whatsoever with Paypal, VERY happy with their prompt solution.
Yes unfortunately, and PayPal have denied a refund as i "received the item" 😞😞 I got a wired mouse through the post a few days ago and didn't even click it was from that crowd until I got refused my refund, what a joke of a decision because they said it was delivered, how can PayPal let them get away with it?????
