Why does Paypal even allow this to continue. This is the 2nd time I have been scammed from an online order. There is no way to tell that the scam is originating from another country until the purchase has been made. Twice, they have taken my money and not delivered any items. Paypal has done nothing to stop this and refused to offer protection because they were outside the 90 and 180-day window. Such a bad business practice.
