Hello.
Someone hacked into my phone and did a payment to a seller.
The seller was not willing to give me a refund, so I filed a claim that it was an "unauthorized transaction"
As the buyer, is it favored for me to win? I am concerned because it is an "unauthorized transaction" but it was done through my phone, so it could like it it was me. Will Paypal believe me that I did not want this transaction to ever happen?

Unfortunately, no one here can predict that because only PayPal have the information in front of them to determine the outcome of the dispute.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
