Hi there. I placed an order on G2A for a Steam Code and when I tried to redeem the code from Steam, it said that the code had already been used and therefore did not work. Since I was unable to get the product that I had paid for and was getting completely ignored by G2A themselves, I attempted to bring this issue to PayPal. After waiting over 3 weeks now, I see that my complaint has been denied as "The case was closed in the receiver's favor as the receiver provided a valid proof of delivery." This makes no sense to me as yes I was given a code, but it DID not work and provided me with absolutely nothing besides error messages from Steam. I'm unsure what to do now as it was a large sum of money and since my PayPal case was closed I have no idea who to try and esclate this with. Please can someone help me in regards to this matter.
