Fraudulent invoice

I received an invoice from my go daddy account to pay my annual website fee. After making that payment I received another invoice 2 days later from go daddy with my renewals. I realized that the email I had received a couple days earlier was someone who hacked into my website and saw my renewal was going to be due so he billed me. I put in a dispute with paypal and they declined my dispute saying it was not an unauthorized payment. Well now I'm out $45 for this creep that accessed my account
