I bought sunglasses from this https://widexxi.com/products/acie?variant=35033821413534 website and it took over 3 months to recieve them and they were some cheap pair of sunglasses, nothing like what they were selling at all. They offered partial refund and I refused. Now they want me to send the item to some long, fake address in China, which might get lost in the process or not even exist. What should I do to get my refund?

If you escalated to a claim, PayPal would ask you to return the item as well in order to get a refund.
If you do not accept that outcome and you've paid with credit card, you may see if you can do a chargeback through your card issuer instead. Once you do a chargeback, the PayPal claim will close automatically and you must resolve things exclusively through your card issuer.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
