Fraud allowed on paypal platform

Apparently paypal allows fraudulent Chinese websites to operate using its platform to scam money from individuals. I ordered a six man tent and recieved a hair tie from china and paypal made me jump through all kinds of hoops and mail the hair tie with tracking back to china all the while never intending to refund my loses. You are better off using a low balance credit card online than paypal. They do not care if fraud is being commited as long as they are getting paid. That is the truth don't trust them.

I'm seriously about the tell PayPal that they can go **bleep** themselves because I am so sick of being scammed by this Chinese companies they claim to have your order processed within a certain amount of time and if not you're supposed to have the PayPal protection which means you get your money back if you don't receive your items well I ordered my daughter and Avatar baby doll for her birthday and a unicorn raft for their pool for the summer and I have yet to receive did I saw the dispute and they closed it after 3 months and didn't even say why I never received my money back nor do I have any items to show for it maybe PayPal is being run by the Chinese government for all we know I'm just so sick of being scammed out of money that is fraud
