I had to file two separate regarding items that I have purchased China, I have not received any of my items and I waited two almost three months receive some type of refund or resolution and they decided to close the case without even telling me why have not received any of the items that I ordered one was a baby doll the other one was a unicorn blow up raft order off of a Facebook ad. My issue is I cannot to a live person or even a representative how do I go about getting my refund for my money since the items were not received
