Fraud Payment or Scam on Paypal - No help from Paypal

I got email from Paypal to notice I got a payment of 1,243.34AUD out of my account via Paypal. I'm based in Australia but the shipping address is to United States and the merchant is CONTEXTLOGIC AUSTRALIA PTY LTD , which I did not place any order or purchase anything online from them. I reckon it is fraudulent. 

I reported the problem to paypal and they are responsive with the answer is they can't do anything because it was automatic payment . Paypal is a payment gateway but they are hopeless on my case and it is not small amount. I had contacted the bank this morning for void the payment and further investigation since Paypal disclaim this fraud payment. 

please anyone is facing the same problem as mine?

I’m having a problem with this seller. I have cancelled automatic payments but I bought a bag off them through wish.com and it’s not what I ordered at all. Do not only are they taking unauthorised payments from you, their selling a product and sending out a version of it that looks so different from what I ordered... I’m surprised PayPal haven’t shut the seller down yet

I just returned an item at my expense to context logic (on paypal direction) (i.e. Wish.com) 

The item was tracked and aus post failed to deliver the return item so I could get my refund

The address I was given :

Because the item failed to be delivered I can not claim return postage for free from paypal

Just doing up tax for 2019-2020 and have found a ContextLogic Australia Pty Ltd transaction of $36.01 - 13/09/2019. We don’t know what this is for - could someone at PayPal take a look please? Fraudulent action is suspected.

I have an almost identical situation to yours with the added complication that AusPost appear to have lost my parcel whilst returning it. The address is the same as the one given to me by PayPal and my parcel didn't leave the mail centre because they knew the address to be wrong. Interestingly, PayPal knew before me that the parcel had not been delivered and used that premise as the basis for closing my case. On this site we are seeing many community members being impacted by Contextlogic Australia. There are probably hundreds who haven't used PayPal for payment who are also subject to fraud and faulty products. Do a search of this site, you will be shocked at what this company is getting away with and the fact that PayPal are aiding them by still processing their transactions.

Have same issue.  Bought what is no clearly a counterfeit SD card on WISH, from Context Logic.  Paypal now want me to return item to this address too.  It doesnt require me to send it to "Context Logic: just the 27th evel of AMP centre".

Is there anyway of contacting Paypal?

So I spoke directly with Paypal and was assured that if item tracking shows attempted but failed delivery, I will be refunded and can then apply for reimbursement of return postage.

Have contacted ContextLogic and asked if this its address and if it is staffed during B/H to tak delivery.  Got a reply but that question was ignored completely.  So have asked again.

Looking at the tenancies at L27 50 Bridge Street, my guess is that one of law firms there is the Company Secretary.  A full ASIC search would show this but that is further good money thrown after bad.

I had purchased 2 items through CONTEXTLOGIC AUSTRALIA PTY LTD and have never received the goods or an invoice from them for either purchase. 1 @ $26.40 1@ $2.20.

Happened to me as well. PayPal has provided no assistance at all.
