So I spoke directly with Paypal and was assured that if item tracking shows attempted but failed delivery, I will be refunded and can then apply for reimbursement of return postage. Have contacted ContextLogic and asked if this its address and if it is staffed during B/H to tak delivery. Got a reply but that question was ignored completely. So have asked again. Looking at the tenancies at L27 50 Bridge Street, my guess is that one of law firms there is the Company Secretary. A full ASIC search would show this but that is further good money thrown after bad.
