Flights

I have booked some flights with Opodo to America - they are going to be cancelled by the airline 

 (virgin) opodo are offering me vouchers for future travel but I would like a refund instead - virgin are offering refunds to third parties - do PayPal or my credit card cover this if opodo refuse refund..?

Best approach is to try a PayPal dispute first. If that fails, then go to your credit card issuer to resolve matters.

Locate payment transaction in your PayPal account activity, click it, then click "Report a problem" and choose the most appropriate option:

(Note: the option you choose can make or break your claim so choose correctly!)

I didn't receive an item i purchased  

The product or service [the entire order] was not delivered to you.

I received an item that's significantly not as described  

The product or service was significantly not as described in your order.
