I understand your concern regarding transferring funds and refund. Currently, your PayPal Credit limit cannot be used to transfer or deposit funds into your bank account. All refunds will be sent back to the payment method of your original payment. If the payment was processed via PayPal credit then a refund will be credited to the same payment method. For account-specific questions, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support via the contact option at the bottom of the page on our website.
