I need to file a dispute but having a hard time. I bought a pair of shoes from a website called custom movement on June 8th 2020 and still haven’t received them. I have emailed the creator several times to get a refund and nothing back. It says on the email I received that I paid with PayPal but I didn’t log into paypal to do so. I don’t even have an account. So how do I file a dispute without logging in?
