Hello, I open a case that I received an item doesn't match description and photo. How can I attach evidence-photo and clips with damages. Thnaks Kind regards

You can only upload documents etc during a 'claim' if paypal have requested that information and provided you with a link.

I have concerns that the claim may be resolved in favor of the seller because PayPal is unaware of the my evidence
