I would really like to be refunded I already opened a case, and have proof that my account been hacked I have pics from the person who received the funds and it was sent to her from another person using my account to pay.. Total madness but I could provide the pic she sent me for further evidence.

if you were hacked......

Click on the transaction in your paypal account and use the 'report a problem' link at the bottom to report it as unauthorised if that is what it was.

An unauthorised transaction means that your Paypal account was hacked and used without your consent.
If Paypal check IP addresses / devices etc and find that it was hacked then yes you should receive your refund.

I hope you changed your password and security questions?
I hope you ran a virus scan on your computer?
I would also be telling my card issuers and bank accounts company that the account was hacked so that they can keep an eye on your account OR remove the financial info involved until things are sorted.

Yea thanks for the advice.. I went ahead and and did as u mentioned the day prior to me putting this info up. Got in contact with the person that recieved the money and she sent me pics prooving that someone else that sent her the payments using my card info.. This strange MAHBUBBTC.. Said she did a commercial transaction and that she did nothing wrong, so I can't blame her.. I had my card blocked by my bank yesterday and had them issue me a new card and I've already change up my password on PayPal but I might have try not to save my banking info there in the future but only to do a transaction.
