Hello, I've a problem with an item (used buggy) I brought from ebay-doesn't match description and photo. I write on seller, explain all buggy's damages, photo... and finally I was looking for return & refund. Seller did't answer me. I open a case in PayPal, explain the situation, seller again no answer. How I escalate to claim, I search for this option but, I can't find it anywhere, where is my mistake? In My open case write-item not as dicription - claim Thanks! Kind regards
