I am in a dispute with a seller and seems like due to the nature of the claim, I'm going to be on the loosing side. The Seller is well aware of Paypal's limitations and hence using their protocols as shield. I just can't get thru to the support reps as they operate under limitations. I'm looking to escalate this to a VP level. Can anyone provide me email address?
