Ebay Scam - how to better document my claim

Hi there,

 

I am a victim of a scam on ebay (France). Seller sent the item on a wrong adress in the same town so the tracking shows as delivered on ebay.

Opened a dispute and escalated to a claim (INR) on the 8th of april. I have to wait now untill the 28th of april (status says : we ve contacted the seller, expected to respond before te 28th)

I would like to add new informations on my case such as a letter from the post office saying that it was not possible to deliver the item and also a screenshot of the tracking page saying now that the item is sent back to the seller due to the impossibility to deliver.

 

1 no one is answering my demand on the chat box , is it normal ? I had the chance to speak to someone last week but 0 this week

2 will someone from paypal will check the tracking page from the French Post  to verify the item situation ? So i don t need to struggle on how to send this informations ?

 

The amount is above 600€ so i am pretty nervous as you imagine

Here in the United States of America the delivering agency takes a picture of where and when the package was left and notifies the purchaser by text that the package has been delivered.  If the sender cannot prove that the package was delivered at a certain day/date/time to the correct address then they are responsible for a package not being delivered and must replace such package.
