Here in the United States of America the delivering agency takes a picture of where and when the package was left and notifies the purchaser by text that the package has been delivered.  If the sender cannot prove that the package was delivered at a certain day/date/time to the correct address then they are responsible for a package not being delivered and must replace such package. ... "only thing thats changed is my (DEBIT CARD) that's linked to my bank account."   when you get a new debit card you also get a new 3 digit verification number on the back of the card.   Call "Grailed" and give them the new information for your debit card and everything should clear up. ... You should file a claim with the Fraud Department within the Attorney General's Office of your state and the state that they are operating in.  If they are listed with the BBB you should file a claim against them.   There are also investigative departments in the television stations of your area that love to expose fraudulent companies. ... The transaction dispute dept. of Paypal is a JOKE.  I personally have had two cases ruled against me by PayPal for insufficient evidence to support my claim.  The two times that Paypal ruled against me I opened a transaction dispute with the company involved myself.  I presented the same evidence to support my claim that I had provided to PayPal.  In each case I was granted a full refund after the company had reviewed the evidence to support my claim.  My question is this.  How can a company (Paypal) that is supposed to represent me to the fullest in a claim rule against me when the company that I am filing against (Nutrisystem) rules in my favor after reviewing the same evidence????? ...
