EU receiving limits technical issue

Hi,
I'm trying to add information to resolve the EU receiving limits issue. However when i go to 'add personal details' I enter my address and it never accepts it, and I'm unable to continue. See the screenshot here. Any idea what I can do?

Another paypal techie glitch.
Try another browser or device, that sometimes works.
If not give it 24 hours and the gremlins may have moved on and it may work again.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
