Does Paypal remove account limitation at all?

Hi everyone!

 

I got my account limited again on November 26th, I was asked to upload three docs and I did. Nothing happens since then. 0 emails from Paypal, 0 changes. Contact Us works like a chat box now, nobody replies except the robot.

 

Should I just call support? That is weird, what are all the other options for then?

I'm sorry to hear about the account limitation. Review time frames are not immediate. If you have submitted documents, please allow at least a few days for review. If it's been a week and you have not received an update, please contact customer service to inquire about the status of the limitation review.
