We would really appreciate your help in solving the account blocking problem.
We have provided all the documents near them the answer is successfully accepted. But the support centre has received a notification that the company is inactive since 2019.
We are also unable to open a dispute to unblock the account at the Resolution Centre.
This option is not available. When we try to open a dispute, we get a message that the account has been blocked in accordance with the User Agreement. Although all documentation confirms otherwise.
Please advise what to do in this situation?
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
