We would really appreciate your help in solving the account blocking problem. We have provided all the documents near them the answer is successfully accepted. But the support centre has received a notification that the company is inactive since 2019. We are also unable to open a dispute to unblock the account at the Resolution Centre. This option is not available. When we try to open a dispute, we get a message that the account has been blocked in accordance with the User Agreement. Although all documentation confirms otherwise. Please advise what to do in this situation?
