I purchased a my first 3d printer over the weekend. I bought the printer from what I thought was the authentic site in china. I didn't know it wasn't the authentic site until I called the 1800 number to creality and asked them to see if they could look into my order and see if I could change my shipping. They told me they couldn't find my order and asked me where I purchased it from I gave them the website and they told me that its not associated with them at all. They advised me to cancel my order.
I dont even know if this is going to be an authentic printer so I need to cancel my order and they told me they wont offer me any warranty claims.
I purchased it from <removed>

My dispute claim was canceled this morning by paypal. I have tried to email this company and call this company with no one responding or answering the phone.
I have tried to call paypal today I have tried to send them emails but I get return email stating to follow website contact info.
I tried to open another dispute claim today to figure out why they canceled my claim and it doesn't allow me to open a new one. My original dispute was filed under unauthorized activity because of the website but Im now assuming that was filed wrong. I wish someone from paypal would have contacted me about this!
This item isnt being shipped till later this month and I dont understand why paypal cant cancel this for me.
I submitted pictures bellow of the websites and paypal purchase info.
I hope someone can give me a hand. Thank you in advance.
