What happens next

The seller has been asked to respond by Jul 1, 2018. Once we receive the information, we'll continue our review of this case.
but today show ''Need seller's response''
i want to know why late review?

In that case there have been quite a few posts on this issue in the last few days, seems there are delays in the review / refund option.

You can either hang on until paypal get around to reviewing it or contact customer services and ask for an update.
