I recieved and item from an online company and the item was note as discribed. I opened a dispute case with Pay Pal.

The company would never communicate with me directly, even though it stated in the website there were easy returns.

Pay Pal has stepped in on my behalf. I was ready to return the item to the original seller. Turns out that they are in Sinapore and it will cost me as much to return the item as I will be getting back. Is there anything I can do? Can we request a shipping label? If not can I go back to the original offer of a $10.00 discount? At least I won't feel as taken advantage of if I can get a partial discount. This company should be reported. DREAMICO PTE LTD.
