After waiting for more than two weeks for Paypal to review and decide upon claim status with Shopping Technologys Company, Limited DBA Fairly Parks, still no update. Followed with an email to inquire about status and, still, no word from PayPal. So my credit card issuer was the next step. Odd how quickly PayPal email advising me that, since my cc issuer had been involved, PayPal could "no longer assist in this matter". Rolling my eyes as they were as nice as could be but totally USELESS in working through this claim.
It DOES seem to be a tremendous disservice to their customers to allow this scam operation access to the PayPal platform to transfer funds. Sure seems on the edge of legality once STCL has shown themselves to be a bad business model, I mean...WHO needs all the grief and bad will on the PP end sorting all of this out?
