Dispute disallowed after paypal staff lies

Amazing how Paypal protect their customer who sell from china, selling poor quality item and protecting them by disallowing claims when their customer who is selling falsely advertise as being in London when they are in fact in Asia. I lost my claim as they said that i failed to send them tracking information when I told them that sell sent it untracked.

Maybe it is time for another company to take paypal out of the payment circle.

If you win a dispute then you have to prove trackable proof of delivery of the item back to the seller before you get a refund.

Equally if you opened a dispute for non receipt of item the seller would have to provide a tracking number to win that dispute as well.

Chinese Web Sites or on Social Media ads easy to spot (once you know the below signs) so buyer beware.

1. No return address on the returns policy............thats because the site will look as if its in your country (where they despatch goods from) BUT they will ask for returns to go back to China (returns depot) at a shipping cost nearly always more than the item is worth.
2. No contact telephone number............if you click on contact the most you will get is webmail or an email address.
3. No company address information.
4. Great looking items at bargain prices that turn out to be tat.

HOWEVER you may still have the option to do a charge back if you funded your paypal payment via a credit card.

This item was sent from China and not anywhere in the UK.

I cannot speak or read Chinese and so don't understand details upon packaging. I tried to reply to every message sent to me but they were not excepted
