Dispute Resolution

I bought some sports cards off this website and I never received them. The website is no longer available and I filed a dispute. The seller provided a fake UPS shipping delivery that the items were accepted, but not by me. I escalated the claim and the seller has offered to refund me if I send the items back, but I never received any items. The seller has requested I send the items back to an address in China, which was not the same information that was on it's now taken down website. Dispute resolution needs me to respond to the seller's request of shipping the items back by May 21, 2021 or the case will be closed. How do I respond when the only response option in the case status screen is to ship the items back by May 21, 2021 or the case will be closed?

Why did you not open a dispute for non receipt instead of not as described?

Anyway you received NOTHING so send back NOTHING.

Send an empty envelope trackable to prove delivery and you should get your refund.
