Paypap denied my dispute because they say the merchant provided proof of delivery. However, the proof of delivery was only for my city not my specific address. When I checked at the post office they said that the item was delivered to totally different address that they could not give me due to privacy issues. They said this is a new scam. Now paypal has simply closed my case and there is no way for me to talk to them or message them. What kind of crap is that?! I purposely used paypal for the "protection". Going to dump them!!!!!
