I lodged a dispute on the 29th of June. It is simple, they sent me some "masks" worth $12US according to their shipping customs slip. The good I ordered were worth $118.12US. So, it must be a scam and Paypal are just doing nothing for me..
I ordered a telescopic ladder on 25th November 2020. Waited until after Christmas then tried to contact seller with no reply so I opened a dispute on 7th January 2021. It's now February 18th 2021 and all I am getting is the resolution date being put back . This is not acceptable it will soon be 3 months from date of purchase 😡
