Dispute Closed Paypal Debt

Hi, I’ve had a customer open a case for an item they claimed they haven’t received. It was 3 months after I posted the item, and I also have valid tracking information showing that the item was received a few weeks after being posted!! However, I haven’t been logging into my emails / paypal for the past months as I have been ill and therefore didn’t need to use these apps. Now my case has been closed in the buyers favour and I have lost £68 to paypal. I have only seen the -£68.00 in my balance a few days ago and they have also referred this to a debt company who is calling me non stop and sending out letters. I tried contacting paypal to help and sort this out! Its been over 3 days, and i have had no reply since then. I’m not sure what to do.
