Despute payment

I had 4 unauthorized payments last night and money has been taken from my account. I went to resolution center and reported this unauthorized actions on my behalf, requesting from PayPal more details and information. Few hour later a got their answer that the payments were not un authorized and that the case is closed. Now, how is this possible and what I'm I supposed to do in order to get somebody there to take a look at my case and hear me out. I'm really disappointed and angry because I can't reach out to anyone working for PayPal to explain that the money was taken from my account without me knowing it or approving it. It's so frustrating. Please advise, I've been a PayPal user for looong time and never had any issues whatsoever.
