Contact number for PayPal UK

I need to contact PayPal with regards to a dispute I’ve logged but doesn’t seem to be progressing. Can any one help please?

To contact customer service for assistance:

1. Log on.
2. Click HELP at the top menu.
3. Scroll down and click CONTACT US.
4. Scroll down to click CALL US or other contact options such as live chat.

Please contact during business hours.

Thanks Kudos for the info however there is no call button option and when I send a message via Facebook there are no advisors available to chat to me via web chat... how can I speak with someone??
