I just received notice from Paypal that I can no longer use it due to some kind of ???"bad?? usage??? But I honestly have no idea what they are referring too? I only have a reference "Reference ID: PP-L-261306689950" but no way to read what it refers too? I have only used it to pay for Ebay items and to send cash to family. Also when I try to use its on line chat help it keeps saying all its employees are busy and or to try again during business hours when I am trying on a Monday during the hours of 11am through 100pm. I cannot find any telephone number or other means to reach the company. Anyone have any ideas on a good way forward?
