My account has been temporally limited. And I was required to upload a photo of my I'd and I have uploaded it. As I result I was hoping that my account would be settled but all went in vain. Kindly I need your assistance from all the stake holders to help me recover my PayPal account back to normal. Thanks waiting for your response.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
