Hi. I recently was charged for something from iTunes and didn't recognize it so I thought it was unauthorized. Because of this, I reported it and opened a dispute against it. I later found out that it was my dad who bought it and would like to close the dispute. Unfortunately, it doesn't give me the option to close and I'm not sure why. It only lets me see the status of it and does not let me make any new comments on it.
