Someone files a refund claim against me saying that the money was not meant to be sent to me. Which surprised me to get the email after the money has been spent. What can I do to protect myself?

Hi @That_One_Dude1,
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!
In general, if you received an amount that you did not expect, the amount would need to be refunded. If a case was filed, you have the option to respond to it in your Resolution Centre. More information on our Seller Protection policy by clicking 'Security' at the bottom of any PayPal webpage.
I hope this helps.
Martina
