Unfortunately i am not able prove my address, because it is address of my parent's house. They pay for all utility bills. I don't really pay anything monthly with my card, because i am traveller and only thing i pay for is my iCloud storage. In #slovakia we put main address on ID card, so driving address is also not possible. I am contacting PayPal for help really long time, but no one is really helpful since my case always takes someone else. Documents which i provided are really much valuable then PayPal ask for.
