Case resolved, refund received... but now showing again as Pending??

A few weeks ago I had a couple cases resolved and my money refunded. But I just checked my account and it shows those transactions again as Pending! What gives?

It usually takes 3 to 5 business days for the money to arrive.

It's been longer than that when the cases got resolved!

It was cleared from pending, refund received, but now it's back in Pending!

The cases were resolved in my favor and closed in November! Today is December 14 and these areScreenshot_2018-12-14 PayPal Activity.pngScreenshot_2018-12-14 Resolution Center.png back in PENDING?
