So peeved off. Ordered something during covid, waited 4 months before realising I wasn't going to get item. Put in a dispute claim and case was closed as it said they had proof of delivery. I'd like to see that proof but can't find a way to do this. Typed up the tracking numbers provided with no results. Why isn't proof shown in the status before a case gets closed?
