Can't open a dispute

Trying to open a dispute for a bike that i bought back in july, advertised as a 2019 model but just bought some parts for maintenance and discovered its a 2017 model, which would have been somewhat cheaper. The transaction is currently 156 days old and I can't open a dispute on it, its going so far but when I input that the item is not as described it comes up with "oops something went wrong, please try again". Can anyone steer me in the right direction, time is running out. T. I. A
