Just had an interaction on Insta with a gem dealer who became increasingly pushy/rude/aggressive. I told them to cancel my order, and blocked them. They already have my paypal info.
I want to make sure they cannot bother me on Paypal. What can I do?
Also how do I cancel or delete a payment request from them?
