Please help someone withdraw all my money instantly and almost caught it in the act, I immediately change pass my paypal ang try to file a dispute but it has a limitation because the hackers debit card is still attach to my paypal account when I change pass it . I can't unbind the debit card because of the limitation and the paypal requested a documents to proof that the debit card is mine. BUT IT'S NOT MINE .
