CHICINFOS LTD - Is this a scam site?

I ordered from these people back in May. I DID receive my order but they were like 2 sizes too small. When they shipped them to me they did not send any packing slip, receipt, or ANY paperwork with the items. I found an email on the PAypal details but when I wrote to them, they never got back to me. Anyone else have this issue? Anyone have any contact numbers for them? HELP!!!

No. I was told by PayPal to send the items to China and provide tracking.

Clothing FINALLY arrived months after order...garbage...supposed to be linen, cheap crappy polyester/cotton. cheaply made way too small. No way to make any return.

Same here. The material feels like a hotel shower curtain and all the seams and buttons are off. No paperwork. No receipt. No response.

I received my order after a month..need to return too small Emailed them..got an email back in Chinese 😨asked if they would send it in english..got it in chinese again. .help someone plz If u make contact with this company

I had to call Paypal after being given the run around by the company and not really wanting to offer returns. Because I was met with "gift to a friend" - or returning the dress will cost more than the items as solutions from this company I purchased from -  I filed a case with PP and won... but Paypal told me to return the items (which would have been $30 shipping cost!), so I called them and having someone on the phone, I explained the situation - told them to look at the website I purchased from and the lack of terms of service about returns having to go back to China, that my package came from a Jamaica, NY address I would be happy to ship back to....  I also do ALL my business transactions with PP and have never ever filed a claim or had someone file one against me as a merchant. They put me on hold for about 15 minutes and then came back on the line and told me I could just throw the package away and they refunded my money. I also asked why they still offered processing for this merchant after I found this thread. The company I bought my dresses operates as a few different company names, basically with the website copied and new color scheme in the theme has been added.
