CHICINFOS LTD - Is this a scam site?

I ordered from these people back in May. I DID receive my order but they were like 2 sizes too small. When they shipped them to me they did not send any packing slip, receipt, or ANY paperwork with the items. I found an email on the PAypal details but when I wrote to them, they never got back to me. Anyone else have this issue? Anyone have any contact numbers for them? HELP!!!

Paypal took 2 months to address my dispute and stated I had to return the items at my cost to China. After 2 months I had a 5 day turn around to enter tracking and I was on a business trip. So thanks paypal for standing behind scammers and con artists.

Yes the description of merchandise is off. Sizes are not accurate and they don't don't take returns. You will get burned

Yes it is! They operate under different business names. I received a dress that was some very strange material no tags, no shipping or labels inside the box. 

When I tried to return it they said "I should give it to a friend." This was a $40. dress that was supposed to be cotton. I took it up with PayPal and they said to send it back to China when on the site it says it takes returns and said USA. I am so disgusted that PayPal let's this fraud exist. They should not allow payment through their site with this company. The company said I could return it in the end but it would probably get damaged in shipment and dirty so they wouldn't refund me when it got there. As a matter of principal I am going to stop using my PayPal account and start using a very reputable credit card I have.

Ordered 4 sweatshirts, two were out of stock so they did refund me for them. Other two they did ship, they were thin shirts & I ordered sweatshirts. They told me I couldn't return as their factory is in China & would cost too much to return. They said they would give me $4 refund, order was almost $50. I told them I wanted a full refund. Next day they offered $8 refund. I told them no it was insulting. Haven't heard back.

My order arrived and relative to picture (a big fluffy chunky sweater) was two sizes to small and not fluffy at all. Very poor quality. Similarly - no packing information

I ordered and received yesterday a swimsuit that was the wrong size and wrong design and then today received the same wrong order.  When I checked my bank account I found I had been charged twice. There was no confirmation of order and no packing slip and no one to complain to, so yes this is a scam company

It has to be ordered a dress tried it on and the strap SNAPPED OFF I contacted PayPal immediately and the company and sent it back to CHINA in September I got it back this week now I’m out the money I paid, and the postage to send it across the freaking world! I’m beyond livid right now I don’t know who to contact!!

Yes they are a scam.... I don’t understand why PayPal continues to work with then!
