I had to call Paypal after being given the run around by the company and not really wanting to offer returns. Because I was met with "gift to a friend" - or returning the dress will cost more than the items as solutions from this company I purchased from -  I filed a case with PP and won... but Paypal told me to return the items (which would have been $30 shipping cost!), so I called them and having someone on the phone, I explained the situation - told them to look at the website I purchased from and the lack of terms of service about returns having to go back to China, that my package came from a Jamaica, NY address I would be happy to ship back to....  I also do ALL my business transactions with PP and have never ever filed a claim or had someone file one against me as a merchant. They put me on hold for about 15 minutes and then came back on the line and told me I could just throw the package away and they refunded my money. I also asked why they still offered processing for this merchant after I found this thread. I am sorry to hear Paypal wouldn't help you. I too recently purchased two dresses from this company and what we received was in any way what looked like the photos. The material is garbage. Their website chicache.com says "FREE RETURNS IN 30 DAYS" - the package I received my items from came from a Jamaica NY address, but when I wanted to return them... they wanted them returned to China - basically half the cost of the purchase I made. I was also given helpful tips from their customer service to regift the items to a friend or sell them online. I refused to accept that. Opened dispute with Paypal and won. But they were still trying to make me ship back to CHINA for $35. So I called Paypal Support and spoke to someone and explained the situation. Took photos of the packaging I received, the return address, etc and then sent them to their website and showed them the misleading information, nothing explained in TOS on their site about the return policy and WHY were they still accepting payments on their behalf when I saw all of these complaints in the community? I was put on hold for about 15 minutes... the rep came back on the line and gave me a full refund and I don't have to return the items! ... View more

I had a problem with a recent purchase from this company. The shipping time on the items wasn't the problem, the items were received in a plastic mailer with Jamaica, NY return address are utter garbage. Looked nothing like the photos! Their website chichache.com says FREE RETURNS IN 30 days. I immediately contacted the company (getting email off the above-mentioned website) and was met with this from customer service - "Regift the items to a friend", "Sell the Items on line" - as my options.... because "shipping them back to China would cost almost as much as my purchase."  I've read their website a few times now... and nowhere does it say ANY of this information? I asked multiple times where the location of the information in their Terms of Service on the site where it mentions returns would have to go back to China. It doesn't.  And since it says FREE RETURNS in the footer of their site, why would I have to pay for the item to be shipped back to any location they were requesting? After opening a dispute with Paypal and trying to talk to the seller... they offered me an $18 settlement on a $76 purchase. I escalated to PP support and won my case and got a full refund, didn't have to return the items.  Do not buy from this company.
