CHICINFOS LTD - Is this a scam site?

I ordered from these people back in May. I DID receive my order but they were like 2 sizes too small. When they shipped them to me they did not send any packing slip, receipt, or ANY paperwork with the items. I found an email on the PAypal details but when I wrote to them, they never got back to me. Anyone else have this issue? Anyone have any contact numbers for them? HELP!!!

I have not recieved my order from this company nor can I find anyway to get in touch with them or any order number other than the PayPal receipt.   I don't know how to track my order or figure out if its been sent.

In addition to the customer service email address of <Removed> (which works whenever it is convenient for them to communicate with you), here is another email that I have. <Removed>  Replace <Removed> when contacting.  Good luck!  Hope this helps.

Yes their email address is very strange and disappears as soon as you maneuver the mail by sending and going back and forth between pages All your addresses were removed from your reply. My address is <removed> Please email me, thanks Yvonne

TOTAL SCAM!!!  I received a junk t-shirt!!!  5 sizes too big.... Nothing regarding what was ordered.  No packing slip, no receipt, nothing!!  I had to go through every receipt to find this order!  BEWARE!!!  DISPUTE with your cc company asap!

I ordered from two swimsuits from this company.  They took a very long time to finally show up.  When they did arrive they came with no paper work, no receipt, nothing.  Neither suit fit so I returned them on July 7 2020, in the same package they came in to The return address.  I’ve tried The  800 number But it does not work. Currently I am  trying to get my credit back From my credit card company.  I no longer have the tracking slip for the return. The suits I ordered were under several names, but PayPal paid chicinfos .  Seems to be a scam deal to me.  I’m looking to you to get my money back.  Hope I hear back from someone.  Thank you Cheryl Holt

The address on packages say New York. I just sent back 2 tops for refund. So I asked for return address and it was out of California. If you are interested in address let me know.
