I have been scammed and I am so upset at paypals lack of interest and action. I am an experienced buyer but the website used was a Google ad and the product I search for showed the item in first listing with legit sounding website. It was not until I had paid and saw the paypal name I realised I have been scammed. Within a few minutes I notified paypal I had been scammed and to cut a long story short they would only let me fil a not received claim. 😞 I have a shipping address from (you guessed it) China and no sign of any parcel. The address is fake, the company address is a Chinese Restaurant, I called them and said I was going to come and collect refund but they say scam is noting to do with them (actually nice helpful people who are upset their address being used) I provided all the information to paypal and multiple times tried to see that I need a refund but they just don't seem at all bother because I have tracking. I obviously dont want whatever they are sending as I know it won't be genuine but how do I get paypal to take action and acti=ually do something about this? I reported the site as they are still advertising and still accept paypal which means they are facilitating this fraud which is so frustrating.
